Summerspeak
Summerspeak,
established in 1989 by Speech-Language Pathologists Sandy Collins and
Carol Westdal, provides a concentrated period of therapy in a low stress
environment for children and adolescents who stutter. The intensive program
enables the person who stutters to focus specifically on his/her communication
problem without the inherent distractions present during school. Summerspeak
is located in Walnut Grove Park in Langley, BC, within walking distance
of recreational activities and many opportunities for the practice of
emerging fluency skills. In addition to the extensive expertise developed
from fifteen years together providing intensive therapy for individuals
who stutter, Ms. Collins and Ms. Westdal bring their enthusiasm and dedication
to their work. For more information, please contact Summerspeak via email: cswestdal@gmail.com
